The first ask user: “How long have you run the RO water machine?”
If the RO water machine already run for 2-3 years, maybe the RO membrane is blocked. In this case, need to replace a new RO membrane or use chemicals to clean.
Second, there are 5steps that need to check with the user:
1, Please kindly take pictures of the inlet pressure gauge to ocpuritech. The normal working pressure is between 0.15-0.4 Mpa. If there is no pressure, it means there is no water coming into the RO water machine. In this case, the user should check whether there is any water in the raw water tank.
2, Please kindly check whether the pre-filter valve is doing backwashing.
3, Please take picture of the pressure gauge under the control panel to ocpuritech and see whether there is any pressure on it. The working pressure is 0.15-0.4 Mpa.
4, Please take picture of the pressure gauge on the control panel and see whether there is any pressure on it. The working pressure is 1.0-1.5 Mpa.
5, Please kindly take picture of the flow meters and check the concentrate flow. When starting the machine, there is only concentrated water in the first 15-20 minutes. So please kindly check the concentrate flow after the RO water machine runs for 20 minutes again and see whether there is pure water.
