CTO Filter cartridge

The full name of CTO is compressed carbon filter element, including compressed coal filter element, compressed coconut shell carbon filter element and compressed nut shell carbon filter cartridge.

It is a new generation of activated carbon filter cartridge product. Its outer layer is made of high-quality coconut shell activated carbon and die-casting with food grade adhesive. High iodine value coconut shell silver loaded activated carbon is added inside the filter cartridge, and stainless steel mesh is used as filter at both ends, which ensures the filtration and adsorption of the outer layer. In addition, the water can be further purified after flowing into the inner layer, because the silver loaded activated carbon has the function of inhibiting the growth of bacteria, can effectively control the reproduction of bacteria, and overcomes the disadvantage of short water flow of ordinary activated carbon filter element.

Compressed activated carbon
1. Excellent performance:
It adopts high-quality powdered activated carbon and a variety of special formulas. Through the unique low-temperature compression activation manufacturing process and deep filtration effect, the filter cartridge forms micro filter holes with tortuous pore diameter, which greatly prolongs the contact time between water and activated carbon, effectively filters out carcinogens such as heterocolor, odor, heavy metals and trihalomethane, and can strongly inhibit bacterial reproduction.
2. Super adsorption:
Make full use of the pore forming characteristics of the powder bonding material and the activated carbon with high adsorption capacity, which can be naturally activated and formed at high temperature, so as to avoid the reduction of the adsorption function of the activated carbon surface due to the wrapping of the binder, and maximize the adsorption specific surface area and adsorption speed. The adsorption capacity is dozens of times that of ordinary activated carbon.
3. Safe and reliable:
By using the physical functions of “power traction” and “water pressure balance”, the phenomenon of black water will not occur due to the leakage of fine carbon powder. The filter element can withstand the water pressure of up to 10kg to ensure the purity and safety of water quality, and the taste is mellow and delicious.
4. Environmental protection and energy saving:
Natural carbon is used as raw material, which is easy to regenerate without adding chemical binder. It is a pure physical filtration method with small pressure loss. Under normal conditions, the tap water pressure is the filtration power of the filter element, and there is no need for electric energy.
